The complete set of equipment for floor feeding of broilers
It is intended for the organization in poultry farming the automatic supply of a forage to chickens in the age from one day up to seven weeks.
The complete set of the equipment is issued in several variants depending on quantity of lines for feeding and length of a line.
Provides:
- Fast and uniform distribution of a forage;
- The economic spending of forages;
- Adjustment of a forage level in a feeding rack;
- Automation forages distribution process;
- Improvement of sanitary conditions, an opportunity of fast and convenient cleaning of rooms;
- The minimal maintenance.
The complete set consists of:
- A line of floor feeding broilers (the quantity 3 or 4, defined by the customer);
- The power block.
Line of feeding consists of:
- mechanical feeder with the removable bunker;
- the complete set of fodder pipes;
- screw;
- the complete set cup feeding troughs;
- a motor - reducer;
- the power block;
- the mechanism of regulation of the line position;
- sensors of a forage presence.
