The complete set of the equipment for floor watering of broilers

The complete set of the floor equipment is intended for supply of poultry (broilers) with clean potable water. Water moves in sufficient dozes without polluting through nipples.

The pipelines with screwed in nipples are mounted in a suspended condition and easily rise up to a ceiling of a hen house with help of a rope winch, this helps to simplify setting and a unloading of poultry, and also clearing of a hen house thus becomes easier.

The complete set consists of five lines (the complete set can encount a smaller quantity of lines).

The maximum length of one line-90m.

There are thirty plastic pipelines in one line. Length of one pipeline - three meters. Thete are12 nipples screwed into each pipeline. Pipelines are connected among themselves with plastic couplers, this helpes to exclude infiltration of water.

Pipelines with nipples are rigidly fixed on bearing plates, which through the system of blocks and suspension brackets rise and fall by winches with help of cables and blocks.

Float type pressure regulators provide water delivery into the pipeline at constant pressure.
