IMMITTANCE METER E7-14
This digital meter is intended (or measuring immittances of various electric and radio
components - resistors, capacitors, inductance coils, semi-conductor devices at three measurement
frequencies: 100 Hz, 1 kHz, 10 kHz. Due to automation of measurement process and remote control
the meter can be used in process control and management information systems.
Application:
- incoming and outgoing control of radio components;
- laboratory investigations of the parameters of circuit elements, semiconductor structures;
- comparison of immittance measures;
- measurement of physical quantities by means of "parameter-capacitance", "parameter-resistance", "parameter-inductance" transducers.
Design features:
- four-pair connection of the objects under test into the measuring circuit, providing high metrological characteristics;
- a low signal level mode is provided to investigate semiconductor structures and other nonlinear objects;
- possibility of applying a voltage from both the internal (up to 40 V) and external (up to 120 V) bias voltage sources;
- possibility of averaging the successive measurement results to increase the resolution;
- possibility of automatic quality inspection of the objects in eight preset tolerance zones;
- possibility of building the meter into a rack.
Self diagnostics. IEEE (CUC - common user channel) interface. The measurement results are displayed by the digital readout and led into the common user channel.
