Multipurpose wide-range high-sensitive unified rows of signal fluctation meters (SFM) are intended for measurement of peak, phase (frequency) fluctuations of quasiharmonic signals of two-poles (generators), the peak and phase fluctuations, combined by four-, six-pole networks into quasiharmonic and continuous sequence of signals pulses in a range of frequencies 5MHz-35,95GHz.
All of the devices in the row use as a basis ИФ-1002 or ИФ-1003 which solve problems of peak and phase fluctuations measurement in a range of carrier frequencies 5-1070 MHz and are used as systems of processing information for concrete models of MICROWAVE SFM (ИФ-1102, ИФ-1103, ИФ-1202, ИФ-1203 ...).
Thus ИФ -1002 is used to replenish devices measuring peak and phase fluctuations of continuous signals (for example, ИФ -1101, ИФ -1201, ИФ -1301, etc.). ИФ -1003 is used as base model for the devices measuring fluctuations of continuous signals, and also peak and brought phase fluctuations of continuous sequence of signal pulses (for example, ИФ-1103, ИФ-1203, ИФ-1303, etc.).
ИФ-1102 consists of:

- Spectrum analyzers CK4-56, CK4-58
- Structure of measuring instruments ИФ-1102:
- ИФ-1102 and the complete set of low frequency filters.

- The specified row of measuring instruments consist of a base model ИФ-1002 or ИФ-1003, depending on a measured source signal type (continuous or pulse), blocks of converters, blocks of high frequency, blocks oscillators with power supplies, blocks of resonators.
