Signals fluctuations meters

Intensive development of a communication facilities, significant successes in synthesis of frequencies, creation of new radio engineering materials (for example, leicosaphire), successes of solid-state electronics of the MICROWAVE, detection of correlation flucnuational parameters with reliability of MICROWAVE devices have demanded creation of the universal tool, allowing to develop an estimation of a signal quality in a wide range of carrier and analyzed frequencies with a dynamic range of measurements from 150 up to 170 dB.

A unified row of signal fluctuation meters (SFM) help to solve these problems. These devices are intended for measurement of peak, phase (frequency) fluctuations of quasiharmonic signals of two-poles (generators), the peak and phase fluctuations, combined by four-, six-pole networks into quasiharmonic and continuous sequence of signals pulses in a range of frequencies 5 MHz-37,5 GHz.

Their characteristics allow to investigate the majority of high-quality sources of a signal - standards of frequency, synthesizers of frequency, oscillators of various devices, quartz generators, ÐËÑ elements and systems of communication. Besides they allow to investigate in structure of devices peak and phase noise (flicker effect) of modern electronic base (Shottki diodes, Hannah diodes, transistors and others) and to estimate devices with parasitic transformation of peak modulation into phase modulation, with a low level of such components.

The description:

The unified row of signal fluctuation meters is intended for measurement of peak, phase (frequency) fluctuations of quasiharmonic signals of two-poles (generators), the peak and phase fluctuations, brought by four-, six-pole networks into quasiharmonic and continuous sequence of signals pulses in a range of frequencies 5MHz-37,5GHz.

All of the devices in the row use as a basis ÈÔ -1002 or ÈÔ -1003 which solve problems of peak and phase fluctuations measurement in a range of carrier frequencies 5-1070 MHz and are used as systems of processing information for concrete models of MICROWAVE SFM (ÈÔ -1102, ÈÔ -1103, ÈÔ -1202, ÈÔ -1203 …).
